After being thrown out of his jet ski, Sean Kingsaton is hanging to dear life at this very moment. He was with his girlfriend in the ordeal. Both of them were rushed to the nearest hospital for medical attention. Sean Kingston was moved to the ICU because he was badly hurt. A statement was release awhile ago that Sean Kingston's vitals are now normal and anytime he might be moved to his room in the hospital.
